A GTM partner focused on clarity, structure, and sustainable early-stage growth.
My career has never followed a straight line, and that’s part of what makes my work with founders so effective today.
I began my career as a Fulbright Scholar in Austria, where I taught English and learned how to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly, often in my non-native language. Teaching shaped the way I approach all strategic work: meet people where they are, understand how they think, and help them move forward with confidence.
Before that, I spent years in competitive sports as a college and semi-professional quarterback and offensive coordinator. Those roles were equal parts leadership and mentorship. I coached teammates and younger players through full offensive systems, helping them understand structure, timing, and decision-making under pressure. It taught me how to bring clarity to fast-moving situations and how to guide others through uncertainty, both skills that define my work today.
After exploring the world of wine, earning a sommelier certification, completing a master’s in wine marketing, and selling wine on 100% commission in the Bay Area, I partnered on a sports management startup that ultimately failed. That experience gave me firsthand empathy for the emotional weight founders carry, the pressure of early decisions, and the resilience required to keep moving.
When I pivoted into tech, I started at the bottom as an SDR and worked my way up to Enterprise AE. What I gravitated toward wasn’t the quota, but the strategic, relational, and system-oriented parts of the work: shaping messaging, improving process, and helping teams sell with clarity and intention.
Today, as an MBA candidate, I draw on all of these experiences (teaching, coaching, leadership, entrepreneurship, and GTM execution), to help early-stage founders navigate complexity and build systems they can trust.
The throughline in everything I’ve done is simple: I help people understand complexity, make better decisions, and create momentum in uncertain environments.
That’s exactly the work I do now through ATS.
If you're navigating growth, transition, or strategic uncertainty, a short conversation is often enough to understand what's actually needed.
